those holding, i suggest u guys to continue holding. there could be insider news, that SCOMIES had already obtain the RSC contract thats why insiders pushed them up.

but for those not holding SCOMIES but want to buy in now, probably u guys can weigh the advantages and disadvantages first. no right or wrong to enter at this point of time since the counter made a strong breakout, which would lead the counter to move higher based on technical analysis.
