luckily we as minority shareholder vote againts merger of SEB, SGB & SCOMIES
as scomi sholder now to undergo another round of capital reduction
even last time at 2:1 scomi share still lower than scomies.. now 4:1

part of settlement with maybank:
SGB will issue new share (right issue), proceed from this issuance , 31mil of it will be used to pay back advance from scomies.. thus this should be good news for scomies

as 206mil scomies share held as collateral, there is no immediate effect as what this statement meant

"The Company shall undertake not to divest its 65.65% equity stake in Scomi Energy
Services Bhd (“SESB”) pending Maybank reaching an agreement on the disposal of
SRB’s Intellectual Property asset; and"
