All the positives in Scomies now are now surfacing

This hidden gem of great value has be hidden and unknown for far too long

All have overlooked these

1. The assets listed in Scomies book value are at rock bottom prices

One 5 storey freehold shophouses in pj only has a book value of rm170k when it should be revalued at Rm6 millions current market value.

One piece of land was valued at Rm10,800. Land size about 2000 sq ft
After a building has been erected on the said land about 10,000 sq ft or about 5x or 5 storey

How come this said expty land has a book value of Rm10,800 but after a 5 storey building is constructed on it the value evaporates to "zero"

A very very care reading shows the space for pricing is just a "blank"?

Amazing indeed. How come Scomies auditor could give that a miss?

What about the Sepang 3 plots of freehold lands which have a Book value of only Rm2.20 per SQ feet?

Scomies is even more undervalue than karambunai's lands in Malaysian Vision Valley which was taken private at 11 sen per shares

Karambunai lands got only leasehold status while Scomies ones are freehold

How come kbunai with only 4 pieces of lands and a neglected resort is worth 11 sen while Scomies got even cheaper assets of better value plus world beating drilling fluid oil business worth only a mere 12 sen

Amazing undervaluation indeed

Scomies drilling fluid is made with German technology. German technology can rival the Japanese just as German cars are more superior than Jap made cars

BMW, Mercedes and Audi are better than Honda, Toyota and Nissan. So Scomies drilling fluid with German tech is world class

So more demand for drilling oil

No I didn't take profit on Scomies

I took profit too early on carimin after buying it at 39 sen

Carimin today crossed Rm1. 00 and people still chasing it.

So I had learnt my lesson.
Carimin got no secret weapon like Scomies
Scomies has the world class world beating drilling fluid made from palm kernel oil

Once scomies fly over 20 sen those who sell now will regret deeply

So hold tightly every scomies shares

Truth is always truth, see it now.
When box is filled with valueable, the box must not be called empty box since it is filled up.

When SCOMI is filled with 65.63% of SCOMIES worth, the SCOMI value must also be reasonable move up in tandem otherwise there will be logic error and loop hole, which is a extremely cheap proxy back way to own SCOMIES via SCOMI, it is a leak !

When SCOMIES market capital is worth RM292,750,000.00 ,
SCOMI GROUP OWNS ABOUT 65.63% OF SCOMIES SHARES worth RM192,131,825.00 ,
SCOMI share issued is 1,094,000,000
RM192,131,825.00 dIvided by 1,094,000,000 shares = SCOMI reasonable price worth at least 17.5 SEN per share,
so SCOMI price should move in tandem with SCOMIES.

So logically, if SCOMI is not moving up further to reasonable price, with big gap, SCOMIES is hard to move further too, it is because of the logic syncronization, otherwise there will be a leak!

Guess have to wait till the waiver is approved. However there is hope because SCOMI triggered PN17 criteria as its shareholders' equity spread was less than 25% of its issued share capital and the equity dropped below RM40 million. BJ Land 15% public shareholding Bursa also can accept , so good chance for SCOMI to be waived too.

So meanwhile, we monitor any sign of buying up accumulation as they know faster and better for the news which we do not know.
