I trust you calvin! I have been invest 30k unit before share consolidation but when it drop to bad after share consolidation... I still havent give up as i know the true value is RM 0.50 above and higher ! It's slowly coming back ! Thanks for the detail analysis

Even at 20 sen, it's just 4 sen CUM consolidation.
25 sen, it's just 5 sen CUM consolidation.
Remember, this is EX consolidation, and with all the sanguine elements in favour of this stock, it can reach its first TP of 30 sen first.

Good morning

I remember one very successful property investor of Johor High Court

His name is Ah Chai

One time I saw him bidding for an Apartment unit in Selesa Jaya, Johor

The price was about Rm45,000

And he was the sole bidder.

I asked him why he chose to buy a Condo Apartment instead of landed houses?

And why Selesa Jaya Apt among so many others available?

It was revealed to me later.

In early days he bought 2 Units of Selesa Jaya Apts for about Rm200,000 each

So now he is buying another one at Rm45,000 to average down his costs

He said these,

Yes read again these powerful words

He bought at Rm200,000

Price fell to Rm45,000

A drop of 78%

So Calvin bought Scomies (7045) before 5 to One at 5.5 sen (27.5 SEN)

Yes my real holding cost is now 27.5 sen

At 16.5 sen it is still below my buying price by 40%

I am therefore buying more Scomies to average down my cost.

I expect Scomies will rise and cross 27.5 sen some day

For Ah Chai he has been amply rewarded as all his 3 Condo Apts rose above Rm220,000

So he turned his losses into profits

Loan default was because Scomies lent Capital to Scomi mother

The hiccup is temporary

I like this place as not many are sanguine yet

In Supermax forum now Super Hot so I go there less often

In Es_ceramic, Adventa & Luxchem now quite hot also so I not so keen as prices get higher there will be less room for upside

Nylex can consider as few are there so quite safe to buy more Nylex

RGTech also getting hot hot and mikecyc aka Johnchew got burnt there and so he has to run here

SINCE SCOMIES STILL SO CHEAP I WILL STAY HERE

I AM HAPPY TO SEE AND SPOT BARGAINS

LIKE SUPERMAX AT RM1.73 (NOW ALMOST RM9.00)

Zelan got Rm550 Millions Time Debt BOMB with no assets but some IOUs which are not sufficient to cover debt

Scomies Assets in Scomi Oil Tools alone worth over Rm400 Millions

If sold to PetChemical or other entities it will more than cover all debts PLUS CASH SUPLUS FOR ANOTHER CASH PAY OUT

Vincent, why argue on 17 sen NTA. If you bother to check all quarterly reports in 2019, NTA was 17 sen. So after consolidation, it should be adjusted in the books to 85 sen accordingly. Anybody who's accountant here, please enlighten Mr Vincent on this.

I want others to know exactly what they're in for, lest they don't know they are in for a super undervalued stock. And oil price at 40, will be around to stay, if not still going up cos the entire world is gradually getting back on track to reviving their economies.
