The stock I recommended, I want to ensure the FA is very good. I cannot make mistake on it.
The stock can perform or not, I do not have the crystal ball to ensure all stocks I recommended sure perform.

No one wants to be a loser including me.
FA of Fajar is very good, all parameters passed my standards. It is very difficult to get a stock which can pass all my standards which are set very tight.

I am very sure the FA of Fajar is fantastic, no question about it.

Thank you.

do your homework. Your entry price and his entry price is not the same. your risk exposure is bigger. U can take his advice and improve your skill but dont invest like a blind mice.

The stock appears to have broken out of its bullish downward channel as well as the 30-day and 50-day EMAs yesterday. This breakout is positive for the stock.

Both MACD and RSI have hooked up once again.

Traders may want buy now with a stop placed at RM0.87. A break above RM1.00 would send prices up towards RM1.12 next.

The price of Dnet and Dnet-WD are below 200 days SMA now, hence they are down trending stocks now.
I will not buy any down trending stock.
Thank you.

Fajar-Beulah JV's Paragon development has been exceptionally well-received with 90% of the project’s 277 apartments being snapped up during the pre-launch campaign. Launched in April 2017.

Negating oversupply concerns in Melbourne’s CBD, Paragon pre-launch sales totaled $175 million showing the phenomenal interest in this unique development at a heritage site.

Featuring Australia’s first indoor high-rise forest, purchasers were keen to swiftly buy within this exclusive enclave located in the heart of Melbourne.

I wonder which qtr would Fajar credit its share of the 10% downpayment on Paragon apartments?

I recommend Hengyuan at 5.95. present price is 10.38. Gain of 74%.
I recommend Gamuda-WE at 1.21 in 2017, present price is 1.18. Loss of 2.5%

Gain on Hengyuan can cover the loss of Gamuda-WE for 29 times.

Want to badmouth me is ok, please talk with facts and figures.
My 2017 portfolio shows a gain of 64.34% based on cut off date 10/11/2017.

Thank you.

Mr. OTB, may i know what is your target price for Fajar?

If you can buy only one stock between Malaysia Steel or Fajar,
what will you choose?
In your opinion, which is a better buy?

Thank you Mr. OTB

Ok lah... not too bad. Not too spectacular either. At least got interim div 1.5 sen.

Maybe Fajar need one big project for major rerating.

GBGAQRS Eps lower than Fajar. But PE can get 20+

The adjustment and elimination is for consolidation of accounts purpose. In another word, removing (eliminating) inter-group sales/profit in the consolidated accounts. As such, final reporting sales/profit from outside of the group.

The ESOS for Directors & Executives is a 'downer'. This is not consistent with creating long-term shareholder value and employees' loyalty as it was meant to be, rather it has been a means for executives to cash out in its first year. BOD should set a minimum exercise period of 1.5-2 yrs after granting ESOS. As in current scheme, it does not retain employee nor develop talent for succession. It is just a one-sided, risk-encouraging and a short-term incentive plan.

The BOD needs to be thoughtful and come up with a long term incentive plan for both employees and shareholders. If cannot think, pls do not request for re-election. This is just miserable !

There should also be a 'closed window' of 3 wks before financial result or other major announcement where ESOS are not allowed to be traded. Do we have a Compliance Officer in Fajar? It is again miserable for Directors to trade during 'closed window', taking advantage of Bursa's Exemptions rules.
