Very positive financial results which was reported by The Star and Sin Chew yet Fajarbaru suffered a fall in share price? What kind of market reaction is this. Its like the boss give you a raise in salary but you become demotivated and demoralised instead.
With such strong financial results and fundamentals No way Fajar can stay under value Must be syndicate trigger panic selling to collect and panic retail investors quickly dumped their shares It’s actually an opportunity to collect before they start pushing up next week
Its akin to Mr Fajar telling someone who invested in his company the good news that the company is doing extremely well and the financial future is bright.
Then, the investor punch Mr Fajar in the stomach instead of thanking him and shaking his hand. Does this make sense? :)
The stock analysts in various banks should make updates based on the latest financial reports issued by Fajarbaru and clarify the implications of this latest financial information to investors in order for them to understand better.
@27055825, ya u are right . Fajar PE is low at 5.7 X , compared to others like Gamuda PE of 23X , so Fajar is much undervalued at the moment. Once I bought IOI pb at rm 1.10, and EPF kept selling below rm1.10 like there is no tomorrow, now IOI Pb is rm 2.00. For those who buy undervalued stocks, u need time for the stock to bear fruits.
Beside having Good PE, Fajar has good net cash of 80m plus, expect good coming year profits , 2000 acres of timber lands, and 600 acres of planation lands at PD . All these lands are free of loans ( Net Cash )
One word to explain Fajar, Property development strongly support group's earning, Log timber contributes a bit and Construction continues loss money. Since property development making money, they should more aggressive on lands acquisition and launches new property projects rather spending time and fund on getting more construction projects
The academics professing the hypothesis of efficient market should take Fajarbaru share price falling upon good financial report as a case study that efficient market idea is absolutely wrong. Market is efficient but certainly not all the time.
Banks that have coverage of Fajarbaru should make use of this latest financial updates to do a study and give rerating and recommendations whether to buy, hold or sell this share. Please guide investors accordingly and set target price.
Seems Tan Sri had been active in trading in his company shares. Good opportunity for him to buy discounted share prices. Now see shrewd investors will follow his lead and buy into Fajarbaru kaw-kaw!
Normally when such statements such as "be careful not to catch a falling knife." It would be at the bottom or near the bottom point as pessimism and fear had spook investors.
I think perhaps Ayong was just offering an opinion which is common; with no malicious intent to further hurt emotions of investors feeling the blues from suffering paper losses in Fajarbaru.
that idio.... 2 weeks ago made a comment "short down to 30 cents googogoi" Thats not an opinion, its his nuisance character fooling around in this forum
Fajar share price really took a hit by crashing below 0.40 to 0.39. Very unexpected developments following the latest financial results. Rest assure that while it might goes down some more, Fajar will rise up. Its impossible for Fajar with excellent fundamentals to stay low and not rebound later.
Really understand why many people prefer saving their money in EPF instead of investing in even listed companies with good prospects. The volatility of share prices can certainly be a pain in the neck. But to those not yet invest in Fajar; I would say its an opportunity to buy in although its price might goes lower.... how low only God knows.
excellent fundamentals, very undervalued at current price weakness,TTM EPS almost doubled,PE has come down more than 50%,ROE has gone up,1bil orderbook,4.5bil tenderbook, only matter of time it rebounds sharply,it’s time to buy on weakness
