（吉隆坡26日讯）儘管2016財政年（6月30日结账）取得创纪录的营业额和净利，但巴迪尼控股（PADINI，7052，主板消费股）执行董事杨梓杰表示，零售环境仍然充斥挑战，该公司將继续自行吸纳商品与服务税（GST，简称消费税），以继续推动销售。

政府在去年4月开徵消费税，加上百物腾涨，巴迪尼控股一直选择以自行吸纳消费税，並且局部削价的策略，来推动销售。结果，此策略大获成功，该公司的表现逆市而行，取得创纪录的营业额和净利。

杨梓杰表示，巴迪尼控股在过去一年採取的策略是正確的，而眼下，即便政府在財政预算案中预测，明年的国內需求和私人消费將有所改善，但整体环境依然挑战。因此，该公司將继续自行吸纳消费税。

「在执行此策略后，我们得到了相当多的忠实顾客。巴迪尼並不调涨价格，自行吸纳消费税，在消费者中广为人知。我们希望，能继续维持这种消费者可购买平价產品，我们也成功推动销售的双贏局面。」


杨梓杰是在巴迪尼控股的股东常年大会后，在记者会上如此表示。共同出席者包括其胞兄兼公司执行董事杨梓豪，以及执行董事兼首席財务员姚淑嫻。

续渗透二线城市

姚淑嫻披露，巴迪尼控股计划在2017財政年拨出3400万令吉的资本开销（Capex），在巴生谷、檳城和柔佛新山开设15间新分店。她表示，该公司仍有意继续渗透二线城市，但由于二线城市在未来一年缺乏新的合適商场开业，所以选择在一线城市增设分店。

目前，巴迪尼控股在全国共有190间分店。

至于巴迪尼控股在去年设立的线上销售平台，杨梓豪披露，该平台的销售进展缓慢，而这也符合我国电子商务市场仍远不如实体零售市场的情况。他表示，该公司建立上述平台，主要是要慢慢经营，以便在大马电子商务市场爆发时派上用场。

姚淑嫻也补充，巴迪尼控股管理层意识到电子商务市场的潜在商机，但在目前，由于时机还不成熟，该公司並不会盲目投入太多资金，而是让其线上销售平台和实体分店，相辅相成。
