usually their tactic is let all retailer panic and all gone then only shoot up. since lots of retailer collect at 0.80, perhaps i should wait and see see
Some more the travel agencies which signed the offtake agreements no yet come ................
"Based on projections by the travel agencies which signed the offtake agreements for the one million Encore Melaka tickets in January, ticket sales are expected to grow to 38,000 in September, 48,000 in October and 51,000 in November."
"While Boo did not give a breakdown of the operating costs for Encore Melaka, he said at 50% of the targeted ticket sales per month, it would be profitable for Yong Tai.
He added that about RM6 million had been allocated for promotional activities annually and the group will look at the adjustment of the content in six months.
“Based on our two months’ operational expenses of about 30%, we can sustain all of our operating expenses. At 45%, we are already at a breakeven level. Whatever that is above 50% will translate into profit.”
YongTai just have to get 50% sales already can break even, NOW not yet calculate in the travel agencies which signed the offtake agreements already can reach 30%,
If count in the travel agencies offtake agreements,
FOR SURE YongTai sure can profit from the show ..........................
@Gn021, it is not necessary that no exit strategies of those travel agent on the off take agreement. Boo will not be so desperate to get other than chinese tourists if it is an unconditional off take...
After watching the price action closely for the past 40 mins, I decided that the buyers have taken control again & I speculatively bought some YongTai from 71.5-73c.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
