There are many on-going projects that the company is working on...as long there are no delay in work-in progress...the billing should provide a consistent and growing stream of income in this new decade of OCR...from technical view, the share price just change its primary one year trend to an uptrend and this is supported with bright prospect of current 2 residential property and 2 mixed property to be completed in next one and two years.

That's could be their tactical investment strategy on securing profitability during high ROI period...growth fund should provide higher yield than average, therefore it is not an unpleasant thing to see a growth fund secured 66.67 percent profit in less than half year plus the fact that they are not disposing all units of their Feb position should be a good sign that the company could break into higher valuation...meanwhile Kwap objective could be in longer horizon, that's why they were averaging up
