Yes, GSB my second largest exposure now in my portfolio. I expect it to double and then buy into another turn around business story like Pmetal, the company is 2nd largest producers of Tin. Haha, you know the c9mpany if you do homework.
Even if we assume this g residence alone 40mil net profit, spread into like 3 years , each year 10mil. Divide by share outstanding 400 mil. Your eps will be super beautiful.
With full 1 year contribution, i expect price to go near rm0.15 at least even with a low pe 5 since it is a tiny developer. If pe is normal at 10, it is easily doubled the price now.

Morning Calvin Bro, everyday we moving to be richer! GSB will double soon, I wish it not moving fast as I will go big on this beside my Jobst soon to come. But GSB first. Others like Ekovest,AZRB,MSC will buy around 10% on my total portfolio each.
I have sell some PMCorp to gain some and added them into GSB since no one notice. I expect Bone to write up on this GSB bugger soon once he accumulated enough I think. I will go all in into GSB first to gain, later follow by Jobst.

If RM40mil net profit distribute 3 years into book gain, EPS=0.03, P/E 5 also give you RM0.15 liao, P/E10=0.30! Since it tiny small no one notice Sima Group, just discount to P/E 5=RM0.15, hello, 25% gain ho!

To be fair to Zerone & Calvin comment, GSB project is on a 2.72 acres land with 600+- units,of cause GSB is a small cap listed co. with loss making every year,did u know GSB is sharing the project with former land owner ( Beethoven ) if they manage the project well i think it can translate to about 6m earnings per year. But i think this second Q is still a loss making. So must be careful and aquire slowly. Just my own opinion..
According Mr. Lau, OSK ISKANDAR'S TOP BOSS They Calculated That "G RESIDENCE" If Completely Sold And Executed Will Generate A Profit Equal to The Share Price.
GSB was about 9.5 cents then. So Share of GSB expected to reach 19 cents more or less. But GSB will launch another similar one like this near year end. If sold then GSB fair value should be 30 cents. 2 more similar projects already planned for next year. So price reajust to 50 cents.
albukhary, '60m net profit after deducting land cost' are u sure? My opinion is not easy to sell those units nowdays, the very nearby IJM project D'Ambience and they are handling the keys this Oct, but they still got around 50 units available with huge discounts. The coming Q reports must be very good to push the price to 0.19. They got few project already done in KL , but look at the previous profit margin. Iam not sabotage anybody not to buy this share, myself also start monitoring this share about a week ago. Just to share some personnel view.
