KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 20): Ahmad Zaki Resources Bhd's (AZRB) wholly-owned subsidiary Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd has secured RM150.5 million worth of projects, which include the proposed refurbishment and upgrading of Petronas office and operation complexes in Kertih, Terengganu.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia today, AZRB announced that Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd had today accepted the letter of award from Rantau Properties Sdn Bhd. Besides the refurbishment and upgrading of the Petronas office and operation complexes, AZRB said Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd will also construct a new annex building and undertake infrastructure and landscaping works.
"The contract works shall be completed within 26 months from the date for possession of site on 1 March 2019. The contract works is expected to contribute positively to the group’s future earnings.
"The board of AZRB is of the opinion that the contract works is in the best interest of the company," AZRB said.
