- Weak MYR vs USD
- TPPA implementation
- Yuan weakening
- investments in Vietnam with a cheaper labour cost vs Msia

For an ROE of 20+% stock with an ROCI of ~15%, I would say at these prices, one would get Magni at 0.70 cents for a dollar. Still undervalued.

RM: Anything else except from those general market POV(cheap labour, tppa, currency strength, basically this is a old nanny story that repeated in many export counters)? how's this company financial strength? is it strong? how do you tell it is strong? how strong it is? What's its strength compared to other export counters? I could find many counters that fulfill those criteria, as a good investor, mind to tell me more why Magni but not others?

Dear Hwang, yes u can attend AGM even if u hold 100 units of stocks.
For me, Magni will be my first choice, followed by Pohuat and Latitude.

I don't see any reason why quarter result for Magni will not be good. Look at Nike share price for the previous few months, look at US dollar strength for the previous few months...Most of the export counter earned a lot, and Magni is one of them. This share will fly up high pretty soon :)

Magni truly never disappoint. Record results. Current eps total for 2Q amount to approx 34 sens. Taking a forward annualised earnings for 4Q amounts to 68 sens. At PE 10x, the FV is RM6.80. To take a more conservative stance, apply a 20% discount, the FV should be approx RM5.40. Short term TP RM 5.40. There is another 8 sens dividend declared plus it's forex translation will continue to improve profit margin.

tradeview 2q should be 22.86 after bonus, not 34cts .
