Magni EPS and dividend yields have shown a 10 years non-stop consistent growth since 2005 (Acquisition of south garment in 2006) even world economic crisis. PE7.8 is likely undervalued for a net cash flow, consistent dividends and consistent growth company...

I and many other “forumers” were burnt by counters related to Mr. Misai Fox. Therefore I refrain myself from touching this also Misai Fox related Magni although there were many great analysis and earning published.

Put personal resentment toward Misai Fox aside, the tiny net profit of less than 7% is too easy to be manipulated if someone wants to.

Furthermore its main profit generator is located in third world country where concept of transparency and integrity has not been highly embraced.

I also equalize <7% profit to low resilient to biz trouble or in other word-high biz risk.

All in, the risk to reward is too high to me.

For its attractive dividend yield, I was one of the followers of this counter (follow only but not buy in) since couple years ago. The total return of both dividend and capital gain was very enticing.

Great congratulation I would say to those loyal investors. Sometimes, I just wonder if my philosophy is correct, 为什么顽固不化的跟钱过不去.

Conclusion, albeit it is puzzling, I am still holding tight not to touch any of Misai Fox’s counters.

I like this magni very much. Really very good counter as i just hold it since june 2011 I received good dividen every year. Now my margin cost is around RM400 per share.

magni is going to diversify to property or manufacturing business. at current position of cash 103mil and zero gearing, magni can easily source fund to acquire land or companies with land in hand for property development. however now is not a good time to involve in property sector.
