Be careful of dish washing activities by big players. Retail investors who cant stand watching this will give up earlier. Privatization could be one of the roads when owner have enough shares in hand and the price keep undervaluing.

If u study what happened last month with this stock u will noticed that the price keep falling while director keep buying. Like the operator was instructed to pressing the price so that the director can collect more.

For their own family member (as director), total salary is just RM6,181,806.

Furthermore, RM11,844,965 is total salary for all directors within their group (all subsidiaries).

True collect dividend better. Expected coming special dividend about 8cents. I bought liihen about about 11years ago at 1.10per share. Total dividend collect from the 11years about 2.60 . My investment capital already collect back. Long term investment alway better than speculating. Am I right.

Lyo82 my method for choosing a company are 1) The company must have good managememt. 2) The management must be in line with shareholder interest like generous in giving good dividend. 3) strong cash flow statement.
Shares that I bought 8 to 10 years ago like Poweroot, liihen, Carlberg and F n N . I have collected back my investment cost through dividend payment.
