What an amazing quarterly results announced by Liihen!
With current trailing PE of 7 and dividend yield > 4%, for sure this is bursa's best furniture stock that must have in our portfolio! With fair PE of 10, Liihen worth ~RM4.30. Buy at low and keep to enjoy the dividends and capital gain.

should be looking at a minimum RM4

ROE >20%, ROIC>40%

this stock should be valued at least 2x BV (=RM4.02 based on latest BV 2.02)

earnings wise, not far fetched to project at least 9x min PER on annualised EPS of 42sen
(0.42*9 + net cash 0.68) = RM4.50

earnings yield is whopping 25% (6 times more than risk free rate)

free cash flows is growing. latest cash yield is 14%

it's not unreasonable to say this stock should be valued at the higher end of PE range for furniture stocks, i.e. 10x, for its quality earnings growth and strong balance sheet

management, as always, have been very conservative in it's profit guidance but i believe the furniture industry, as a whole, is witnessing a positive structural change driven by trade diversion

a price advantage for Malaysian furniture exporters

if you look at past results, Liihen has recorded 4 consecutive profit growth (above 40% y-o-y growth for 3 quarters and 1 quarter >100%).

book value has consistently growing each quarter, from 1.20 in Sep'15. That's 16 quarters of consecutive growth in book value

net cash position has increased to 68sen (22% of market cap)

they used to declare 22sen dividend in 2015 and 20sen in 2016

current year profit will exceed those earned in 2015 and 2016, i believe we will see at least 20sen dividend again soon

and consistently declaring dividends

This is the best furniture comapny in Bursa (export to US) that give high dividend and provide good capital appreciation. Liihen's Bosses also unresistable to bought in some of it company shares recently. Again, next quarter will be again Liihen strong earning quarter as tranditional.

Annualised eps of 40+ sen with share price of only 3.14 , very attractive .If pe 10 , price should be more than 4 , dividend yield also good , more than 5%.

market treat furniture stock like sunset industry...by the way, furniture industry contribute a lot to the growth of malaysia's economy and company like Liihen earn a lot from thier furniture export to US. Market sometime is inefficeint...sometimes over react..etc

Yeah, boss keep buying. The only thing that I can relate to current price drop is over reacted of the market due to USD depreciated to around 4.14 to RM. Anyway that should be insignificant. Opportunity to buy at cheaper price.
