"Ta Win’s Board is positive that with the AELB approval and the completion of the Plant, CWT is expected to commence its commercial production in full swing by early 2023. This in turn will boost the income stream for CWT and subsequently will contribute to Ta Win’s financial performance and strengthen Ta Win’s business prospects in the future."
Today extremely good positive show, from. 006 upto 007. Next week 008, following week 009.Hope u guys accumulate Kawkaw as December to January, factory is starting full swing. EU also banned 2035 no more diesel/Gas vehicles tat means only battery, and battery needs copper. Now the queue also like krazy.
Got to wait for new factory to be in full swing, then the results will be there. Current share price is likely to move significantly once the new factory profits kick in..... Be patient
EV battery of high voltage.. and the temperature of the wires fluctuate a lot between accelerating... braking.. idling.. normal copper wires will burn in no time
The processes are meant to strengthen the insulations of the copper wire, although the note says "cross-linking the wire" which makes it sounds like cross-linking copper which makes no sense, as far as i know.
Copper melts at ~1100 C, while plastics only a couple of hundred C, so I think this must be the reason why the irradiation is necessary. Happy to hear from others on this.
irradiation cross-linking process uses a stream of electrons produced from an electron accelerator. The electrons possess sufficient energy to remove a hydrogen atom from its position along the polymer chain which causes the reacted site to link to another such site to form a C-C cross-link as shown in this figure. The formation of a sufficient number of these cross-links locks many of the molecular bonds in place and results in transforming a thermoplastic material (one that melts) into a thermoset material (one that does not melt). This permanent molecular bond improves many performance aspects which are important in wire and cable
Electron beam irradiation technology will enable the production of irradiation cross-linked wire and cable products capable of withstanding temperatures up to 300°C, according to Ta Win. That is significantly higher than standard electrical wire and cables with plastic material insulation, which can withstand up to 105°C before starting to melt.
The plant will have the capacity to produce 420km of irradiation cross-linked wire and cable per day. An EV requires 6km to 8km of wire, “of which up to 70% has to be high-voltage,” Ngu
