I think the shortists have miscalculated their timing. I have been warning them of this impending huge wave since 3 months back in early May, even before Delta got its name, but their macai, ie Aunty GloveFinish and MoneyMakers never took heed and kept attacking me and didn't inform their bosses to quickly cover short positions earlier. So I think their bosses must have lockdown their pay, so they have no incentive to post here anymore until the get their pay. I think this time the shortists will be in trouble if they don't quickly cover back as the Delta is moving faster than they expected. This Delta has caught everyone by surprise, including the shortists. In fact this time round, the retailers are acting faster than the shortists. Anyway, all glove supporters should continue to #HoldSupermax>5.0

Shorties even covering, the price didnt move up fast. They must have not pushed the price up but covering in small batches to avoid triggering panic buy. Can see the W trend on daily pattern. Cover until daily peak and then stop and let the retailers to take profit and sell down before they cover again from the bottom.

No one can tell u what to do, as events of life are quite dynamic. But Delta variant looks quite set to bring havoc to many countries around the world. How much that translate into additional glove demand is still unknown. My prediction is that glove shortage will become more acute in the coming months and ASP should start rising again soon.

Covid has mutated to be able to be able transmit virulently thru air-borne. Its also mutating to break through the current vaccines more effectively. Could this combination be the next wave to hit the western developed countries that are highly vaccinated in the coming winter? Yet to be certain but don't assume that the pandemic is oredi over when it is still spreading like wildfire in the developing countries now.

中新网报导，瓦伦斯基表示，印度变种病毒Delta是科学家见过的最具传染性的呼吸道病毒之一。

她强调，Delta比之前的（新冠肺炎）毒株更具侵略性和传染性。 “这是我们目前所知的、也是我从业20年以来所见的，最具传染性的呼吸道病毒之一。”


Delta目前正在全美迅速传播，截至本周，在已测序的病例中，感染该变种病毒的病例已经占到总数的83%；而在7月初，这个数字还只有50%。

根据美国疾控中心的说法，这些病例发生在2021年1月至4月。在治疗完全无效的5人中，有3人死亡，其中两人是得州的医院病患，另一人在华盛顿。

莱曼表示，两地的病例都在持续爆发，自4月以来还发现了其他感染。但新增病例尚未被报告。
