Delta variant thrown herd immunity out of the window

Why still need to set up a glove factory in US with ASP declining? Cost of raw materials and labour are so high in the US, seems like TG boss is smarter to have additional glove factories only in Thailand and Vietnam.
Perhaps the only way Supermax can be saved from its share price tumbling is to abandon the plan, distribute extra cash to shareholders or diversify its business.
