what i can say..buy n hold for 3-6 month..since nta more than 0.60.. with 177mill os shares.. buy it while it cheap, the acqusition already add them $90m revenue ..

Single Tier Share Dividend via a distribution of Treasury Shares on the basis one (1) Treasury Share for every ten (10) ordinary shares of RM0.25 each held, any fractions arising from the distribution of share dividend will be disregarded.

They bought back their own shares last time. Those shares will now be distributed back to you. If you hold ten shares, u get one free. This translates into dividend yield of 10% (fixed deposit is 3.5%)
