@Godofgambler Kanger will be distributing Sinopharm Vaccines in collaboration with Zuellig Pharma. The Vaccine in finished product form will be imported from China and distributed in Malaysia. Zuellig Pharma has vast experience in distributing vaccines via cold chain to government and private hospitals all over Malaysia as well as in Southeast Asia.

If vaccine come in cylindrical vial, it doesn't require re-packaging, however require transportation and storage with climate control refrigerant system, somehow that kind of services doesn't provide huge profit for the pharmaceutical company. Share price may goes up base on speculation hence sell at targeted price and take profit
