Again you can't compare the earning of a market cap company of 2.6bil with a 4bil (VS) company. For size of SKP and PE ratio of only 20 vs PE of 25 (VS). SKP is already breaking record 3 consecutive quarters, SKP PE will go to 21-22 level before next results. Which means at least RM2.30-2.40 or higher if bigger fish join the party.

SKP Resources: 2Q net profit rises 54.4% to MYR35.07m. Net profit for 2QFY17 rose 54.4% to MYR35.07m from MYR22.72m a year ago, following a 30.2% rise in quarterly revenue to MYR594.16m from MYR456.45m. Cumulative six-month net profit jumped 67% to MYR68.43m from MYR40.97m a year earlier, with revenue rising 44% to MYR1.12b from MYR777.01m. Moving forward, SKP said it is confident of reporting consistent positive growth in the bottomline, backed by the strong orderbooks from its existing customers and operational efficiency. They are the issuing house of SKP-CF. If SKP price moves up, definately CF will up also. When CF expires on Jan 2018, they have to pay more to redeem back their CF.

Let's say, you bought CF at 0.19, later when expiry date comes, follow formula calculated value is
0.30. That means they have to fork out 0.30 to buy back, your profit is 0.11 per shares of CF.

If they press down mother share SKP, when at expiry date of CF calculated value is 0.23, then they are playing less to you. Your profit becomes less at 0.04 per share.

Actually the issuing house don, t need to press down the mother share, because when they issue the structure warrant, they will buy the mother share as hedging purpose, so even if the mother share rise, they just need to sell the mother share on hand and pay back to the warrant holder. So what they earn is the premium when initial issue the warrant.

Be patience, normally the big fish will push up or press down the share in order to wash out the weak holder, in this way they can also push up the holding cost of the share.
