Strongly agree minghong. I am not panicked at all. Drop is a healthy position to clear off contra players and possible overbought so that it can resume uptrend again later.

As long as mid and long term it goes up slowly, then its fine. Short term tend to have some volatility. SKP will slowly creep up to stabilized at PE22 if earnings improves again next quarter.

I don't think so. The volume produced still not up to par with VS, their future prospect also not as bright as VS, so their PE level will never match VS. However they are growing, a growing company is a good stock. We dont need it to reach VS PE level, as long as it continue to improve their earnings bit by bit. You will see their stock price climb by minimum of 60% by end of 2018. Good enough for me, warrant will climb 100-200% by then. I believe in SKP and VS business model.

Yes...both also good fundamental stock. VS is good stock but for me the price is factored already as of now. Need to wait more good news. SKPRES is still undervalued and should be more than RM3 as well

Colin: PE differs between different sector. It is not a rule of thumb that PE must be below 10 to consider cheap. You see tech stocks tends to have high PE (30+), construction low PE (<10).

The more people say will reach 2.50. Big guys will make sure they flush out those at lower price first or shoot above 2.5, they will move towards 2.70 before slowing down. However this may also because our index is performing that's why it is moving. Once our index turn red, may slightly affect SKP.

PE of 20+ is very cheap if compared with usa or HK technology counters which easily of PE70 and above....Malasia shall be 30-40 of PE is quite reasonable especially for exponential growth counters like VS, SKPRES and EG, as well as Inari.
