I'm no expert in trading. Personally, I'd say cut if you think you can make back the money lost in another potentially more profitable stock. Cut, if you see no future in the immediate term and unable to hold for a year.

cyclical n gone case r different, sorcai. gone case is the service or product r no longer needed. whereas cyclical can b short cycle or long cycle. stores is short cycle.
