This Wan Khalik seems to be a strong person following Tun M to China..He is executive chairman here n also in G3. Good chance to get project by JV with Gadang. Let's see how it performs next week.

丹斯里郭安控制的嘉登控股（GADANG 9261）宣布收购DWL资源（DWL 7165）的2000万股，成交价为每股90仙，郭安挖出1800万令吉，为两家公司合作定下重要关系。

然而，嘉登买DWL资源的股价，却比DWL今日闭市价RM1.21折扣31仙，会否影响DWL资源下周走势，仍有待观察。

嘉登向大马交易所报备指出，这批股票相等於DWL资源的10.07%股权，交易是在场外直接完成。

嘉登和DWL资源在四月十八日时签署一项合作联营协议，准备在未来联手竞标国内大型基建计划，包括即将重启的东海岸铁路计划（ECRL）。

在签署合约後，嘉登和DWL资源股价曾大涨，嘉登过後澄清，该公司仍未提呈任何有关ECRL竞标书，股价涨势才受到压制。

嘉登今日收於RM0.845，市值为5亿5900万令吉，DWL资源市值为2亿4000万令吉。

DWL资源的前身是SGB SPRING GALLERY，该公司在今年三月十二日股权变更後，改名为DWL资源，马来企业家WAN KHALIK成为该公司大股东，他持有DWL资源10%股权。

DWL资源近期也进行人事改组，WAN KHALIK出任执行主席，MRT CORP前总执行长拿督斯里沙里尔莫达受委为董事经理。

沙里尔莫达（SHAHRIL MOKTHAR）在二零一五年一月至二零一八年十二月期间，是MRT CORP的总执行长，在他任内MRT CORP完成捷运一号线（双溪毛糯加影路线）和捷运二号线）项目。

由於他的背景，使到他加入DWL备受注目，是为了竞标ECRL而作准备。

After this acquisition, Gadang became the 2nd largest shareholder in DWL. If look carefully the 30 largest shareholders in DWL latest AR, will see that there is one shareholder named "Green Packet Holdings Ltd" also held DWL shares about 3.44mil units or 1.73%. 
Who's the Green Packet Holdings Ltd? They are the largest shareholder of Green Packet Berhad, which deemed as their ultimate holding company. 
Any relationship between Green Packet Berhad and Gadang? Yeah, Kok Onn and Boey Tak Kong are the non-executive directors of Green Packet Berhad~~

As 20m shares were transacted at 0.9 on Friday , tomorrow might see a strong rebound to 1.5 as the selling party would not dispose in open market and the buying party (Gadang) would want to push the price up and those interested to buy have to buy in open market and in the process inevitably push up the share price; and with Gadang on board, it further strenghthens DWL's prospects in the bid for ECRL especially with former MRT CEO as the new MD
