Yes, " 1,321 firms", but do you really think simply simply company can participate in ECRL ??
I dont think so lo.......

ECRL is mega project, Only Gred A contractor can do

Tbh, as i know only few big player can do , like IJM, Gamuda, Ekovest, Gadang, Sunway.............


Team up with Gadang, really increase high chance for DWL get portion in ECRL

At all, ECRL is not for small player.. , and it is no point for Gadang to team up with a ECRL route company but ultimately no bid for ECRL........, doesnt make sense la

1)to let "his own people buy at lower price"
2)push down price so syndicate can buy more

we wont know unless the director/syndicate reveal the truth.like 7-eleven sudden price drop also they dont know why
