What are the similarities between both?
1) Both are technology startups with extremely interesting and innovative product concepts.
2) Both failed to produce a functional prototype/demo on time.
3) Both products require working behind the scene.

These are already enough to prove the possibility of ARBB's operation being a scam. It falls under ARBB's responsibility to prove it is the opposite.
