The price is going to move down further and it will takes years to wake up i think. The insurance claim (MSIG) is towards the tail end, which will get the final judgement by early next year. The HSBC Takaful case just started and will takes approximately 3 to 4 years.....The property can start to contribute to the company on early next year. So conclusion is to wait and see and sapu by end of the year or when the price touch 0.075 or 0.08. The money you stuck with DPS can go for other better alternative. Now is not advisable to sapu, wait and see 1st......Hoepfully this stock wont fall under the category of PN17. Frankly speaking, the managament of this company is not really good at managing business. High risk to invest now.....Come back to this counter early next year. This year sure no show d.

kk7198, I not sold at 0.11. Sold at 0.10 and 0.105. But, I only unload 30%. I also afraid suddenly surge up.
Yingchai, unless coming result very bad. Otherwise, it will no go to 0.075. And, will not years to bounce back to 0.10. It take only one year. Will not go to pn17. Ai... for those stuck one, pls hold till early next year. Now, only God know if price can boost in this year.

looking at 2017 annual report. Dps's profit is only 34K.....Got 1M cash and 38K borrowings

I don't have much confidence about P/L account but cash seems to be accumulating over several
years. I think Dps is fighting for 24m and not 19m (as judgement amount) That is why so
many case management sessions failed.

Good idea....save some money first....see results first.....1Q17 results 99.99% bad for all furniture
industries bcoz demand for furniture is usually before Raya and CNY got long holidays plus
construction/renovation biz are all closed

The current housing trend is Big house moved into small house (cannot serve loan). Renovation
biz is growing but housing demand is slowing down (cannot get loan more than 500K)

so i think DPS gonna suffer for new few quarters and they are really in need of insurance claim as their working capital. I just realized the director fees were so huge. few hundered k. I suggest we pass motion during their AGM to reduce the Directors Salaries by 50%. No logic that company only earn RM38K whereby the director earn few hundred K. it is unfair for small share holders like us. Peter and his son should answer this question.

1M how to fund the RM189MIllion project? haha....i think they gonna borrow money from bank to fund its project, by the time; dps will be in debt position again. Assuming, DPS take RM56Million from any bank, the interest rate for 1 year easily 5% which is equivalent to RM2.8Million to be reported as finance cost. How to make money? haha......
