Looks like the documents submitted by DPS for the fire claims have elements of frauds and an out of court settlement is the only option available for DPS to get a reasonable amount from MSIG,,,,

those who queue at 0.085 will get benefited to sapu cheap stock....haha.
There is no way for High Court to delay or postphone the Tafsiran.
Tafsiran is merely just a calculation for the loss which is much easier than a court case. The case management started since Jan 2017 and now is already 6 months. The result will be reveal soon, common sense will tell you how can the high court simply postphone the case agian and agian without any justification. Please take note that, there is KPI for them to achieve......

After the court case against MSIG, DPS will go after HSBC Takaful for claim of RM11.5Million. So how much DPS can get? Total is RM23Mil (MSIG) + RM11.5Mil=RM34.5Mil.
Please read through their announcement on 2014.

Yingchai, it is good news if the project is going to launch in september. Now, price is cheaper. Take it as investment. But, the project you say must be that big scale project in tanjung minyak. Otherwise, small scale one still will not bring any significant on price movement. And, another hope is claim. But, may be no result till next year.

Don forget before Rm 166.28m project start by this quarter, chairman statement also reported Rm 14.49m project already completed 65% as to date, that's mean still have(35%) Rm 5m revenue within now until to the completion (first half of 2018), expected 30% profit = Rm 1.50m contributed to the coming year profit.
