I think price competition with china product is one of the challenge for tekseng. Anyway, I am supporting this stock.

Year 2015 they give divideng twice in Q1 and Q4. As the company had set a dividend payout ratio of at least 30% of the group’s net profits effective from 2015 and 2016 EPS should be at least 20 sen and hence dividend of at least 6 sen and as the dividend amt this year is going to be high, it is likely they spread the dividend in 2 Q. One in Q4 and the other one maybe in Q2 or Q3. So either Q2 or Q3 they should give dividend of at least 2 sen. Anywhere for the full year expect 6 sen dividend in view of the fast expansion.

2Q16 just need at least RM3.61 million net profit then will exceed 12-mth full year 2015. Based on current Solar performance, it should be easy task to them plus interim dividend announcement. Expect this stock will go up once the result released....

This stock had a weird record which Q1 2016 good result out, stock price suddenly dropped. Hopefully history won't repeat again. By the way, as compare with Q1 2016, that time US:RM conversion rate was RM4.22 and now at around RM4.00, there is ~5% value drop. Forex play around 40% of Tekseng total profit. Hopefully the dependency of the Forex can be reduced in this coming announcement and at last shows the promising profit+ devidends!

gonna be a 1 cent dividend and 2 QR will be out tomorow which is 12/8/2016 with a 1 cent dividend announcement. if u guys want better buy in the morning. but if u doubt me then dont buy and just watch closely on monday and decide.

Agree that institutional funds look at the long-term fundamentals before investing.
But on the contrary, there are also quite a number of sellers in queue and these are in big volume.

By the way The operators already collected Uncle Ah Seng ( 1.32 ~1.36 ) more than 25M shares last few weeks ( roughly estimation), they will push to above 1.5 as the EPS justified.

For the last 2Q, tekseng move up significantly several days bf qtr out, then after qtr out, go up momentarily then go down for several days. Will the same repeat again? If yes, today is only the 1st day up ..... and expect a few days of up first before qtr release.

Actually if u are buying for the expansion story (which will only show significant jump in the 3Q) it does not matter whether qtr out today, next week or even later!

It is a bit risky if u want to trade based on qtr report as tekseng does not behave "rationally" when qtr out, as evidenced by last 2 qtr.

i agreed to certain extend. why should we always refer to History. Good stock is to create History. TS price has not really gone up, I do not think the investors and operators really have 'meat" to eat with the increase of next 10cents or 20cents.
