Now Euro buy Beverly Heights Properties into the group, of course, rationally thinking, it will not come for free, they should be some payment for the current owner of Beverly Heights Properties, which is the Tong's brother.
How will it be done? Euro had to raise fund. Easiest way to raise fund will be 1. Private placement 2. Rights issues
So they are leveraging the public effort to buy the land into Euro, not inject into Euro for free. In the end, they still get back equal or more from what they had paid to the previous owner for that 30 acres of land.

And I had to tell you that the piece of land had ballooned into a huge value because of STP 1 land reclamation, boosting up the land prices there by many folds. This is a real bonus for the Tong's brother. On what price it will get injected into Euro, this is up to the director decision. But that land itself, if you don't want to see it worth RM 1billion in valuation of RM700 per square feet, take RM 350 per square feet also will ring at RM 450million.

The steady upward movement in Euro share prices in the past 2 months or so has confirmed certain speculations. While these price movements inched slowly to new high of 0.70 cents plus and finding solid support over the past 2 trading days, there is certainly a high possibility of exponential climb in the coming weeks IF some of these speculative events were to happen. As the new mgmt. team takes shape, we can expect positive corporate news from Euro..
Maybe I'm too sceptical. There is no reason for the major shareholders to want to inject their crown jewel into Euro. I wouldn't, if I own only 33% of the company. With private placement (to a friendly party) or rights, I'll still own 33%.
If you have chance to see how directors/shareholder/insider do corporate exercise, then you will know how they play the game.
Of course, I didn't born out knowing how the corporate game is being played, but thanks to a Dato which I met and knew, then I know how corporate game goes and is almost the same.
