Hovid Berhad ("Hovid") wishes to announce that we have just received the manufacturing licence for our Ipoh Plant at 121, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman (formerly Jalan Kuala Kangsar), 30010 Ipoh, Perak, today, from the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau under the Ministry of Health Malaysia. The licence is valid from 5 May 2017, to be renewed three months prior to the expiry date on 31 December 2017.

If there's no issue, why would've gov suspend the license for them to manufacture certain kind of medicine? And now they reissue back the license on the "implicit" context I assume

check the report....their reserve can last them throughout the factory suspension....and btw...they got back the license even earlier than expected...thus...it will be better because they are now running full capacity since their expansion...

cipapo, thanks for ur opinion. This is what i thought too.

MOH is serious with drugs and labelling and the precaution enacted so that the medicine manufacturer will comply asap with the news. Nothing to worry about.

3 months to regain back the license is considered fast with no compliance issue.

Most of the buyers took the opportunity waiting for the second licence to b recovered and when the news came out they just dumped it to take the profit

Not be anymore news to stimulate the price.

So now the question is what and why you are buying hovid.

Their capacity will grow after this... are you willing to wait. Remember hovid share doesnt fluctuate. You need to hold for constant slow climb.

Fair value i would say 0.35.. if u r so worried.. wait for their q1 results. Disect the figures and decide
