The Second quater ok also ma the news make until like very serious like that -_-". Lucky i believe in Pwroot dint sold any but buy more lol XD I love Discount..
If v accept the dividend under DRP, share price will be less by 10% in exchange for shares instead of cash n v will benefit an extra of about another 0.4 sen from the plan. I hope I'm not wrong.
Fat Cat Tim Buddy, r u sure it's 20% of 4sen dividend r elected for DRP? It should be more than that as I'd received dividend of RM1,470.40 from CIMB n RM1,260.00 was elected for DRP n the balance of RM210.40 was given to me in cash(cheque). I'm sure the percentage elected for DRP r all the same in all the companies approved by kLSE. Am I right?
In this case u r right Fat Cat Tim Buddy, sorry for that becoz I've not read the full announcement as I took for granted that the dividend elected for DRP would be the same as CIMB or Maybank. U r right Tim, v small players will definitely choose cash as exchange for share will be very nominal n probably ended in odd lot.
I believe the discount actually more than 10%. The price has been played down to achieve attractive 1.82 for the big share holder, it will bounce back soon to ~2.20. The director already buy back last week before market close. Still a good counter to hold on. Hard to find a F&B with such a growth rate.
Keanpoh, ur above posting was an old news which has been in the News & Blogs column since 25/07/2012. Tq anyway for ur support in supplying news to this forum.
No worries. The forum is about sharing. Nevertheless, the growth potential of PWROOT is the reason why the stock is valued at this price. Should be a good long-term stock to hold in my opinion, although I have not own any share yet. :)
Directors of Pwroot, Dato How n Dato Low had supported the counter by buying 81.000 n 220,000 shares respectively on 27/08/2013 so at least to give us cofidence in the company. Tq Dato. Pwroot Kuat!!!
Anson938, I think the directors of this company might have supported it by buying today that was why it was up when most ot the other counters were down. Ah huat, huat ah...................
