21/1/2021 intention to deal during closed period. Ibrahim, Wong Khai Wah, and Yee Yit Yang all directors of company have intention to deal with securities that suspiciously is the exact same amount of equity they held in the company. If intention is to double their position then is good news, if is to clear off their shareholdings in the company then game over. Are directors even allowed to sell off all their equity in the company? As a newbie myself I cannot make sense of this. Anyone with more experience can chime in with your 2 cents?
