As i know city of dream from start hv court case, resident complaint but after they win the court. 38floor since start plan never change. Ewein deal many unlucky 3 years ago. Most important is the future bright now. Dont worry. Only wait . Now got many good counter very cheap
60floors is start plan, if not why people go complaint ? After court case reduce to 38 floors and remain all the facilities unchanged. This is cut very much profit from the COD project.

Secondly, material cost reduce will benefit to developer Ewein building luxury condominium /apartment, buyer for ewein r not no buddy, there r some body due to not easy to buy a house >1mil And this group of ppl doesn't case cheaper price and buy the house
Today Ewein no drop meaning not affected. It only apply to new project not City of Dreams as S&P already signed.

@(fake) EweSweeKheng, i know you very unhappy i voice out ewein bad news, and you try to say i saying fake news. COD GDV 800m already have show, anyone also easily know, why should i reply? This is real what, we accept the real news and comment, not like you, dont want to hear negative comment. Positive and negative we have to accept, then only can analyse a share.
