In view of the fact that there has been no development at all since the execution of the MOU, the MOU is deemed to have no force and effect. The Board of Directors of AWC wishes to inform that the MOU was terminated with effect from 29 October 2015 pursuant to a notice of termination from the Company to Nihon Tuna Resources Corporation on the same date.

This announcement is dated 5 November 2015."

No progress since the MOU was first signed a few years ago. Should have been terminated long time ago. Will not pose any hindrance to its scheduled northbound flight. kakaka
