Takeover offer at RM 1.80 is only formality and only to collect more cheap tickets to panic sellers at open market. With these kind of results which not even factoring in the new production capacity yet, who would sell at RM 1.80? Therefore the takeover would be non event and the prices will only go higher to potentially retest the previous high of RM 4.54.

In addition, the notes mentioned that the good results are mainly due to the nitrile segment and the new production capacity will be purely nitrile which will increase the annual nitrile capacity from 1.0 billion currently to 2.5 billion, therefore just imagine how much the profits will be once the new nitrile production capacity and additional increase in average selling prices are factored in the results!
