The issues are not as straight forward as potential drop in revenue.
Dyson's margins are 20+% but gives it's suppliers 5% or less.
ATA is still manufacturing for Dyson until June 2022.
If revenue is the only consideration, Genting's price will be 2.0 and Air Asia's price will be 0.10.
BennyWhittman Still not convinced it will even breakout to above 72c again. The pervious average prior Contract termination was 2.60, less 80% Revenue by June 2022, it should be at 52c. For added goodwill, probably be at 55c to 57c. That's the value we look at until a new Contract is procured.
oskchoon, can you try to be unequivocal in your comments?
oskchoon First support is 0.58 , then follow by 0.38 , the last support is 0.29 , pls trade cautiously.. . 29/12/2021 9:34 PM
oskchoon NTA. is 0.67 , now the price is around 0.65 , it may bottom out soon for 2nd leg to form a Strong base for rebound out.. 27/12/2021 5:25 PM
oskchoon Another leg soon will be formed to stage a rally up to test 0.745, then 0.79, follow by 0.84 to establish a up trend, pls be patience and trade cautiously, don't be a panic sellers or buyers.. 27/12/2021 3:06 PM
Off course the margins matter. Let's assume Dyson contribute to 80% of sales with 5% margin, and the other customers (Sagemcom, Schneider Electric, Swiftlabs, Ecobee and Cricut) contribute to 20% of sales with 20% margin. When Dyson gets dropped in 6 months time, the decline is margin is only 50% not 80%.
If revenue drop is the primary consideration, why isn't Genting's price at 2.0 and Air Asia's at 0.10 during the past 2 years? (I am of the opinion that Air Asia is worth 0.00 because of it's negative equity and the fact that it will never ever make money again).

If Revenue/Sales is lost, why does the margin mattered?
Your Revenue might be 30 billions with only 1% margin, but if your 30 B is lost, what has the 1% to do with anything? 30/12/2021 10:08 AM
Those who just look at revenue lost will never make money in the stock market. If you think Ataims will just shake legs and wait for the revenue to drop next year and do nothing then you are not made for stock investment. Opportunity to strike is now while the price is attractive. New contracts I better not talk about for now. Just watch the space.
@PSA, to lose 80% Revenue from main contributor is a great blow. It's not who are the remaining rest but to make up the competitive vacancy available.
Given it is until June 2022 but to fill the vacant production with so huge lost may be bigger than just a 50% lost. Market always react in anticipation and FORWARD not wait till June 2022 to react.
Badmosquito aka sweet&sourmosquito aka smilingmosquito (account suspended, excessive abuse) aka laugingmosquito......what's it to you what I hold or not?

715c is good collection? From the average price circa 2.60 and the sharp decline to 38c on bad news. Some brave investors collected at 45c to 55c, and operators pushed to 86c past few days. From 86c dropped to 715c, and it's a good buy?....or is it good bye?
If loss of 80% income effective termination of Contract in June 2022, there is still time to negotiate, market for others to fill the book orders. But until a clearer future, best is only at 55c (loss of 80% from 2.60)
There will be announcement soon for the capping of the stamp duty to rm1000 rather than the earlier 0.15%. Big boost for the market in general coming soon.
If Dyson's volume lost is certain, the volume gain by V.S. and SKP will also be certain. If the forward-looking market reaction were to hold true, V.S. and SKP prices would have spiked. But they did not.
I do not think Dyson is Mary Poppins. They probably announced termination of contract, after the bad press by Andy Hall, so as to avoid being banned by CBP of the States. Meanwhile, they will do whatever colonial slave masters do, to maximize profits for themselves.
Dyson's revenue increased by 6% to £5.7 billion and EBITDA increased by 18 per cent to £1.3 billion for the year 2020. That is during the pandemic and when many suppliers went into losses.

Get f by bengali (rr88's typical words not mine) 80% of the time for 5 sen per shot, and now got to kiss ass for more at 3 sen per shot?
ATA's problem was not succumbing to Andy Hall's ransom.
BennyWhittman Dyson's contribution is 80% Revenue is not their Mary Poppins? Hell, I think they would be willing to kiss azz if needed. 30/12/2021 1:05 PM
We are adults and our investing decision are not marred by some crazy fools who had lost their minds. They would pop up in any counter to promote and the delete all posts when failed...hehehe Aske him about his twist and turn at ATECH
Vietnam and Indonesia offers local work force and not like Malaysia where we depend on foreigners. This is open to debate for accommodations and treatments. Some craft Write may abuse the *opened options* to some creative manipulations.
Vietnam and Indonesian local labour cost may even more competitive by far. Their locals can be easily handled and most importantly....working happily and not under any duress!!!
Sure or not? I thought he makes 100k per day in Bursa, HKSE, NYSE and some say Bombay stock exchange.
