From AR 2016, we knew that:-
1) One of the "God of Stock in Malaysia", Cold Eye (股神-冷眼) is the 4th Largest Warrant Holder !!!
2) Half of the 30 Largest Share Holders are FUND !!!

From Announcement dated 19-4-2017, we also knew that as at 19-4-2017, 61.2% of PESONA-WC (156,032,411 units) already converted to ordinary shares, and balance of PESONA-WC that still available for trading is 99,068,813 units (38.8%) only.
If the mother's share price go up, demand of PESONA_WC will be more then supply. This is a "built-in booster".

Now, The Million Dollar Question is...CAN PESONA-WC deserve a Positive Premium ???
