according to their 2nd December announcement, they gonna issue shares at 70cents. to be honest, if no PPA done by professional firm, do you think there is buyer would want to buy at that price and normally professional firm would be conservative in determining the price because it is based on future cash flow projection and they are uncertain about future. Hence, the firm will take into consideration current project and secured projects to be secured to come out with the price. Therefore 61.5 cents is still undervalued. (the valuation does not take into account future highly probable contracts)

On top of that, the report saying the Company secured mostly government link project, im sure the rest of the future project would be awarded to pesona. Once you got connection everything is easy.

I believe in professional firm in coming up with the PPA, secondly, they ask a company buy at 70 cents behind sure got story especially government link.. News fake means that Pesona is not getting government link project but private?? Hahahaha. I mix the info i read and select those make sense 81cents from HLIB i'm still skeptical but 70cents is the company announcement. If that is not true then you dont believe they declared dividend announcement also ya.
