I've taken profits on this stock as it is holding at around current level of RM5.80 already. Switching to KRETAM for the same concept play. EGM is on 8th Dec 2013, less than 2 weeks from now. good timing!

I'm no expert Grace. Your 1 share is split to 5 on the 29th. All split shares comes with warrants, 1 warrant for every 2 split. Lets look forward to 6.50, if I may be corrected.

Hi everyone. What I found out, the rights issue for warrants has to be purchased at 0.20. Prospectus to holders of split shares will be out on 5/12, closing date to purchase the warrants will be on 18/12. Warrants will be listed for trading early Jan'14 (likely on 3/1/14). The higher the price today, will be better for the warrants, correct me if I'm wrong. Good luck to all.

Moon, today's prospectus, share holders on ex date before split are entitled to buy the warrants at 0.20. Last day for them is 18.12.13 if not mistaken. Every 2 split share is entitled to 1 warrant at 0.20, to be listed for trading on 4.1.14

thanks SIva68, but according to my dealer, he said the WB/WR can be traded tomorrow already but he duno wat is the price.. and if by xx date not sold, we'll need to pay RM0.20 to convert to WA..

For those entitled stockholders who wish to dispose off WR, please dispose off at the higher end of the range bound of 11 sen to 16 sens on 4th Dec 2013. A priced weightewd of 16 sens is considered attractively priced at ceiling. Tx
