（柔佛‧新山10日訊）首相拿督斯里納吉表示，大馬樂高樂園的設立不只圓了大馬擁有自己主題樂園的夢想，也成功讓我國揚名海外，進一步將大馬依斯干達特區打造成世界級旅遊中心。

大馬樂高樂園酒店已正式開幕。

由於納吉要趕到彭亨州巡視水災災情，因此由柔佛州務大臣拿督斯里莫哈末卡立今午代表主持樂高樂園酒店的開幕儀式。

他在代讀納吉的講稿時，如是指出。

納吉表示，很多國家都有各自的主題樂園，如今樂高樂園已經推出了主題樂園、水上樂園及酒店，完整的設施讓該樂園成為擁有世界級水準的旅遊勝地。

旅遊年可吸引更多遊客

他打趣的表示，如果樂高樂園在他小時候建造，一定會讓他的童年生活充滿樂趣。

“每一個小孩都曾玩過樂高積木，這讓小孩子能夠充份發揮創意打造他們想要的樂高模型，樂高樂園的設立也能拉近父母與孩子拉彼此間的關係。”

納吉指出，除了樂高樂園外，公主港主題樂園及商貿酒店（Traders Hotel）的設立也讓特區更具吸引力，2014年大馬旅遊年可吸引更多旅客到來。

出席者包括柔佛州旅遊、貿易及消費事務委員會主席拿督鄭修強，以及國庫控股副主席丹斯里諾莫哈末、董事經理丹斯里阿茲曼莫達、Themed Attractionsand Resorts私人有限公司常務董事兼首席執行員東姑拿督阿曼布爾漢努丁等。

大臣盼特區建更多酒店

針對大馬依斯干達特區內酒店不足一事，莫哈末卡立在儀式後受詢時坦承，特區內的酒店的確不足。

因此，他希望，有更多的企業能夠進駐特區內開設酒店，以滿足日益劇增的旅客人數。

Ministers hope to build more hotels SAR

Iskandar Malaysia for the hotels, insufficient issue, Mohd Khalid admitted by the advisory After the ceremony , the hotel within the region is indeed inadequate.

Therefore, he hoped that more companies could enter the SAR opened hotel to meet the growing surge in the number of visitors .

Note - tnlogis built hotel in Puerto Princesa , the future of clothing.

Friends, price before split was 6.00, 5:1 became 1.20. Regarding the warrant, what the opening price is going to be, not sure but exercise price is at 1.00.

I think the PE & net assets should be adjusted accordingly after the share split... PE should be 8++ and net assets less than RM1. The info in this website is not adjusted for the share split. Correct me if i'm wrong.

with today candlestick pattern, next Monday is another uptrend. This candlestick is uptrend type, just look at l&g stock, same pattern appear and the next thing is strong resistance of 0.46 also broken.

A)之前我只是保守算，如下；
二季赚了--2710万,EPS=6.4 sen
估计全年有4300万,eps=10sen ,pe=16倍 ,目标价=rm1.60
B)若取二季平均算,如下;
估计全年有5420万,EPS=12.8 SEN , PE=16倍 ,目标价=RM 2.04
c)用james兄的计算,公司产业发展额近10亿,已经收入的营业额1亿2千万,未来若是全部开发完,则其他8.8亿的营业额,赚利取35%算,都有3亿的利润,可见未来几年看

Before A) I'm just a conservative calculation, as follows;
Earned second quarter - 27.1 million, EPS = 6.4 sen
Estimated annual 43 million, eps = 10sen, pe = 16 times the target price = rm1.60
B) If the average count taken in the second quarter, as follows;
There are 54.2 million estimated annual, EPS = 12.8 SEN, PE = 16 times the target price = RM 2.04
c) calculated by james brother company of nearly 1 billion industry, has revenues of 120 million turnover, if all future development finished, the other 880 million turnover, 35% of earned profit taking count, there 300 million profit in the foreseeable future a few years to see

Tnl righst issue to raise 40 million to buy n increase logistics wrehusing n land ,completed. Asigns that tis company wnts to grow mre n increase its business as pickup in logistics demands increases awhich also could brings good returns .and inceases its EPs,after its share split exrcse.

chengyee: Thanks for still remember me after so long, haha. Welcome. I may not be tat active anymore on thread due to commitment in my work. Quite busy since last two months. Anyway, tnlogis is a good stock to keep for mid term based on TA. u can tell others also in 932kakis thread, notify CTtrader and TM932 sifu about this stock, let them make further analysis on TA. As long as Federal reserve bank keep the stimulus next week, this stock is worth keeping. Near term tp RM 1.8, mid term tp is RM 2.
