我进了3,20 , 东南产托将释放巨大的价值效应,我什至大胆推算,股价可能上到5,00,到时公司市值为4,2亿 , 好比之前商海提到走势像klccp,kriss(己下市).
美国 少印钱是经济有好转.不必太担心.

老郭在公主港的trader hotel,就是东南将建hotel的对面,等3年后东南的hotel好了,到时也可来个合作嘛,你的房间住滿了,可介绍过来,我这里也一样,有钱大家赚,又或者东南的hotel出售部分股份给老郭等等,未来特区的人流量会很大的,各种设施完成后,别忘了,特区打着一个口号--the world in one city .

TNLogis recent big gains are not related to their Logistics or transportation business.

There is talk of an impending REIT of their warehouses. Also their property division will be reporting strong profits from their industrial property sales in Shah Alam and Johor.
