US treasury Bond yield up, with inflation which affects technical stocks the most. Attention shifted to high dividend yield stocks in raw materials, natural energy (solar), construction and production etc.
Those waiting for price to drop will miss the present undervalue price.
PETALING JAYA: In less than four months as the CEO of Armed Forces Fund Board (LTAT), Datuk Seri Amrin Awaluddin would be leaving the fund to helm Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH).
In a statement, TH said Amrin has been appointed as its new group managing director and chief executive officer effective May 6, 2021.
now i know why Taliwork willing to buy solar farm at 100 mil RM.Think ,if you r new guy in this industry, how much you have to pay for the construction cost when comodity price keep on go up!
If the economy continue lock down due to covid case increase, how many additional cost will incurred for those who just gain the big Big scale solar project from our goverment. All of them have dateline to complete the project, can they complete the testing & commisioning on time?Brain storming!
Haibarakun I decide to buy Taliwrk as my first stock. Any nice price for entering? Any advice?
As low as possible. Bear in mind it is not a growth stock but a dividend stock. Although surprisingly, since I bought (April, 21) the share price did go up 7% but now down to 4%.
Work out your options comparing shares in terms of Ringgit invested and dividend cents returned annually. For me, with its current performance, Taliwork is amongst the best dividend stocks.
Also bear in mind, if you plan on continuing to build up Taliwork shares, a growth in share price really brings down the dividend percentage unless that too goes up - only likely with an increase in business or cutting costs (which is not sustainable).
There are also risks to the dividend, (1) if the business income drops, (2) if money is needed to invest in infrastructure, (3) buying new business. However, I believe (1) is the greatest risk, the others may be addressed in differing ways.
Is that prediction based on news to be released, interpreting a chart, reading the chicken's entrails or by the sheer force of your will?
When is "soon"? Dictionary definition is "in or after a short time"? My experience is that "soon" is an indeterminate period of time between now and eternity and, when it is something you really want, usually closer to eternity.
