Base on past 2 years turnover vs share price. At current Al price, turnover should b at 6 billion. The share price should reach 4.61 at least. If lme al price 1750, share price should jump to 6.00 min.

Last week flmf asked me whether can sell, when the price at 3.74. I advised him not to sell if the price still below 4.00. Now, I think no one has any doubt will it can touch 4.00 or not. For me, I only consider to sell when the price above 5.00. Why make me not to sell now even I have made 100%? Why I want 150% or more?

2 underlying fundamental factors and 1 external factor:
1. Lme Al price dropped from 2772 in Apr 2011 to lowest 1424 in Nov 2015. Since then, it began its cyclical hike to 1640 last Friday. Hike from very bottom point to the next highest point would take at least 2 years. Hence, 1640 is not peak. I foresee the biggest resistance at 2100. If you have acrophobia, release some above 5.00 n retain some for next year to enjoy the max excitement. How much the share price when lme at peak, you say le...
2. Pmetal Foshan extrusion factory can accommodate more than 100 extrusion presses n only running slightly more than half. If demand increase to max next year, another 30m net earning. The earning culculate base on Lbalum latest earning vs capacity becos no separated extrusion n smelting earning in Pmetal report.
3. The invisible hand as described by telusdansuci. Good one..
My culculation for this year eps is 0.35. Not far from bank/broker research unit. Share price if apply to pe 14 is 4.90. Rhb tp is 4.50. What is actual pe should we apply? No standard?
2014 highest price pe is 17.5. If apply to 0.35 eps, share price is 6.12. Next year Rhb forecast earning is 554m base on lme 1750 n usd 3.80. You all sendiri kira how much eps n share price base on sector pe and invisible hand 17.5. I not dare to kira becos I have acrophobia.. haha

theoretically share split and bonus issue have no impact on share price as the EPS will be the same....but in reality people take this as good news and share price will usually surge
