Months ago I hv perdicted lme will touch 1750. It did happened on 13 dec 2016, closed at 1755. Long term target is 2081base on its chart. I don't know when can reach. May be usd drop back to 4.00 n demand of aluminium at the peak second half of 2017. If it happen(lme 2081), astronomical results expected from Pmetal. I believe in 6 months time 1850 to 1900 is more realistic figure. So, what is the share price if lme reach 1850 to 1900? It's 7.00, after ex 2.50. That's why I still keep some share for long term. At least witness it to touch 2.50. I believe Peanuts n telusdansuci, the long term fans of Pmetal will do the same. Pmetal boleh dan tetap boleh.

Proposed Internal Reorganisation

Proposed internal reorganisation by way of a members’ scheme of arrangement under Section 176 of the Companies Act, 1965 (“Act”) (“Scheme”) comprising the following proposals:-

(a) proposed share exchange of all the Subdivided Shares with new ordinary shares of RM0.25 each in a new investment holding company to be incorporated (“Newco”) (“Newco Shares”) on the basis of one (1) new Newco Share for every one (1) Subdivided Share held as at an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Securities Exchange Entitlement Date”) (“Proposed Share Exchange”);

(b) proposed warrants exchange of all the outstanding 2011/2019 Warrants C outstanding in PMB (“PMB Warrants”) with new warrants in Newco (“Newco Warrants”) on the basis of one (1) new Newco Warrant for every one (1) existing PMB Warrant held as at the Securities Exchange Entitlement Date (“Proposed Warrants Exchange”); and

(c) proposed assumption of the listing status of PMB by Newco and the admission of Newco to and withdrawal of PMB from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), with the listing of and quotation for the new Newco Shares and new Newco Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities (“Proposed Transfer of Listing”).

The Proposed Share Exchange and the Proposed Warrants Exchange are collectively referred to as the “Proposed Securities Exchange”. The Proposed Securities Exchange and the Proposed Transfer of Listing are collectively referred to as the “Proposed Internal Reorganisation”. The Proposed Share Split, Proposed Bonus Issue, Proposed Increase in Authorised Share Capital, Proposed M&A Amendments and the Proposed Internal Reorganisation are collectively referred to as the “Proposals”.

This is the annoucement on 11 july 2016. Basically it's about convert the existing warrant to Newco Warrant.

Correct me if i'm wrong.

Greatful, i don't think so. Based on the previous research report, they said the reorganization purpose is good for tax purpose. Let's wait and see. Please refer back to the related news after the announcement on 11 july 2016 about this.

Basically Newco become an investment company that controls the Pmetal smelter business. This gives the board flexibility to expand further such as acquiring different businesses just like a company invest in a business. Correct me if im wrong.
