the Singapore deal will bring in a lot of money.
anything property in Singapore is just good. Even during times of covid.

but that is a few years down the road before it can become RM1.00 entirely due to Singapore profits

reality is that share price is expected to hover 40 sen now for the near future.
If you have long term capital, can consider, otherwise just forget it and move on.

requires a whole lot of patience to make a whole lot of wonderful money here.
No quick bucks at all.

and it is now trading at 41 sen
people will think this is a Fat Female Duck walking down the street.

People wun buy the share coz they just wun believe got Fat Female Duck walking down the street.
