Ekovest quite cash rich according to some analyst. I believe it will run not now but soon. JB properties is really, really hot. I put properties under favourites in Mudah.my. 3 months later, 80% sold. Real or bluff not sure. But properties in A districts are getting hot. Yesterday I found out SCIB which was near destroyed to 0.115 can rise to 0.715. So Ekovest can do better.
Super168 if ekovest got cash money why need to issue new share to buy DCM just pay cash lol no need diluted shareholder. SCIB is politics company sarawak he get many project easily. So totally can't compare

RR don't suffer arguing here, ekovest got alot of potential. whatever landbank in JB regardless belong to ekovest or any other related company, will need ekovest to do the construction work. at the end ekovest will benefit. Ekovest can build highway, now they building RTS, means they are capable in construction. more project is coming after MOU sign in January. By then price will fly.
Risk888 uems quarter result come out profit but not good drop from 0.80 to 0.71. So you can imagine if ekovest quarter result come out losses will drop more than 10 cent
September Qtr result will be announce by this week. Either make or break for Ekovest. Chart wise Ekovest trending down. If result good price may recover marginally.if result bad or negative then possibility another round of backlash.property sentiment hit by the gloomy Johor Forest city overhangs. Negative sentiment really hurting our market. The past few trading days our KLCI looks weak & holding precautiously by the threat. Losers outnumber the winners. Our Economy minister plan to reduce and redirect the targeting fuel and cooking oil subsidises doesn't jell with businessmen The so called luxury goods tax rate of 5%-10% in May may further reduce consumer confidence, consumption & dampen business confidence. The Johor property overhang is very severe if added on with this additional tax hike. It will further aggravate and damaging for property developers
For LKH to have a successful consolidation of his shareholdings in Ekovest, there's no incentive for it to move to 60c now. As I've said it looks better when LKH is selling his other assets into Ekovest and paying w Ekovest shares at 60c when Ekovest is below 60c. After that however Ekovest is worth punting on, it is a liquid counter and will react to any news of Duke 1&2 monetisation
Ekovest business plan to sell off their profitable core construction business to Knusfor in exchange of shares and buying the 4 parcel of lands with cash from LKH owned companies are hard to digest. Left and right the minorities are put on a chopping block
LKH tried and failed many times to monetise his IWH etc over the years. I think he has finally come to terms with it and now he is choosing to do it via Ekovest. Old man already can't wait too long. For him to be willing he will want absolute control over Ekovest before more, which is the 51% he is targeting. Then he will do what's needed, not before
He can capital injection buy share and pay cash to company we don't want buy his personal company to diluted our existing shareholder. Just pay cash to company don't sale his personal company to us
