aiaili referred to her babe 1589 I guessed. But not sure why she posted in 2 threads (1589 & 8877, perhaps, these 2 co r related to her last year stock picked but it didn't come true at that time for it to go up. One year later, aiaili appeared and provided*timing* for 1589 to surge up, tips by her uncle (errrr) for her birthday gift on 26Dec. Her uncle told her to sell everything including her cloths and lovely lingeries to hoot 1589 last week. there is no reason to push the stock also even HSR project is approved. it is still pending further discusssion with Singapore and even kick off will require another 2 years for land acquisition like MRT 3 provided no change in Federal Government

MM2H I heard from one auntie in spore this morning. She said second home in Msia is good, attract many Sporean to invest and stay there. To qualify for mm2h, property price capped has reduced to half mil from 1mil (min) previously, and if they (sg) stayed in Msia for more than 60 days in a year. Wow. How true? Anyone?

Risk rover ekovest can't earn profit. 3m profit is come from duke 1&2 RTS 55% work done. The analysis also give comments that their running cost is too high can't control spending. Their share value is overvalue and their expense is over run.

So many company sign MOU sign collaborate did you see share price up without any real tender success project? Citaglobal sime plantation sign alot but share price drop.
Ekovest can not earn profit RTS 55% done but making losses. Duke 1&2 55%RTS high chance is RTS making losses.
HSR is YTL group, gamuda, sunway, IJM 4 company to get the project. First time already give to 4 of them.
Refer to RTS 55% work done but making losses we can forsee they are weak at costing control so more projects they did more losses will made

I already say that operator push up to catch small fish. The proposal diluted Jan 24. Operator is run already wait 0.25 buy back. HSR is highly change giving to YTL they are relationship with Singapore government. First time already give to YTL. So today goreng is just for a news nothing changes only catch those buy 0.51 catch them let operator run. Furthermore ekovest can't earn profit if get more projects more losses will made see the RTS 55% work done make a big losses you will know.

Not sure what RR wants tell everyone. May be she wants to tell us what is "share dilute". Share dilution is the reduction of the % of equity in a company thru issuing additional stocks that will be put up for sale. Of cos, existing shareholder % will decrease or reduce. And share price will definitely adjusted (usually lower). (She loves to see the price to hit 0.25?)

Placement shares at 0.435 (10% of total shares issued?) How oh? With this, existing shareholders' % also decrease. Yes, if you meant existing shareholders are losing some % and the price drop to lower price, yes, it means portfolio values reduce lo. Well, up to investors to decide to continue to hold or sell first and buy later, that's up to individual investors to decide. If such "share dilution" happen. Investment ROI is for long term. Short term is for traders or speculators, again, up to individual, no offence.

Nvm. Let the market investors analyze and decide on their own. Investment moves, let investors bear the risks ba.
