why need follow minority and who are the minority... if current market price if majority acquire the share and increase the stakeholder... put the proposal into agm and vote it... enough time for consider.. still want repeat the same mistake?

Does anyone know why Ekovest’s share price keeps hitting new lows every day....? SPE tight cash flow alone shouldn’t cause this decline, especially with Duke 1 and Duke 2 still generating income...... Typically, such price drops are due to factors like changes in auditors (Gtronics), top management disputes (Revenue), the exit of major shareholders (CEB), or even significant events like the arrest of top management (Prolintas), cause a daily drop followed by V-shaped rebound....

Trap. Ekovest is not even in it. No official announcement that they are even being considered in any part of it at this later stage of the proposal. Maybe in the earlier years when BOTAK was posing for photos when the original idea was hatched.
