If I were the EG holder , I will buy my own right n the deserved the due bonus. Not a ficker of thought of selling .imagine every 4 lot , u got 1 rt n bonus. Thus no point selling rt ar 20c or 50c. Unless 70c no less, shall b considered.

In order to price your EG-OR,
One must know what is the fair price for EG.
Others may affect EG-OR's trade price is the Demand & Supply factor.

For me, EG-OR anything below $0.380 is bonus .

84.5-85c , shall b OK coz I m aiming to by or n deserved bonus. I m willing to wait 1-3 years, so unless it falls further , no point buying now as I have to reserve cash to buy or. Long term will show its intrinsic value.

i don't think EG is a good counter to stay since low profit and lousy cash flow with additional Right issue.. monitor your fund wisely to other technology will give you better profit

the profit margin is extremely low and I don't see any EG prospective ..SORRY to said that.. it could be strong price competition between competitor or customer. Such low profit margin is very risky especially market clash or economy crisis..

look at the big picture, the company business is keep growing, loan prepayment would save RM5mil yearly interest. Business is growing and net profit is growing. Invest? why not?

Risk is the low margin. Any mismanagement or bad debts could turned it to a loss. Noticed receivables are high. Is it all collectables?

如果你真的非买此股的话， 那就等优先股的权益表格（PR)交易时才买进， 因为权益表格（PR) 一般会折价交易，时间应该是七月中。

Mother share
Every 4 shares pay 0.95 cents for 1 convertible preference share & 1 free bonus issue
4 x0.830(Closing price) + $0.95(subscribe fee) = 4.27 divided by 6 shares = RM0.712 (ex-right price after everything done)

Warrant
Every 5 warrant will entitle 1 free warrant
5x0.480 = 2.40 divided by 6 warrant = 0.400 ( your average cost after R.I.)

New exercise price = 5 x RM0.50 divided by 6 = RM0.420 (rounded up from $0.416)

Total conversion price = 0.400+0.420 (exercise price) = 0.820

Before exercise,
0.480 + 0.50 = 0.980 / 0.830 = 18.10% premium

After exercise
0.400+0.420 = 0.820 / 0.712 = 15.17% premium

As for the right for RCPS, the price is yet to fixed, it should be lower now due to market current price of EG,
Chances to make money is on the high side now
put our fingers crossed

The indicative issue price is RM0.95 per RCPS. The final issue price will be determined after all approvals for the Proposals have been obtained, and will take into consideration amongst others, the prevailing market price of EGIB Shares.
